Cancellation Policy.
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines carefully
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your booking and allow us to prepare for your tour.
Weather Cancellations
Your safety is our top priority. If adverse weather prevents a tour from taking place, you may:
Reschedule for another available date, or
Receive a refund of all amounts paid (minus the deposit), processed within 5 business days.
Cancellations by Guests
More than 7 Days Before Tour: If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, only the deposit will be kept.
Within 7 Days of Tour: If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled tour, the deposit will be retained, and no further refunds will be issued.
Missed Tours (No-Shows)
Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour without notice will result in being charged the full booking cost.
Changes to Itinerary
Occasionally, tours may need to be adjusted due to weather, safety considerations, or site closures.
If significant changes prevent you from participating, you will be offered a full refund.
